Since the city only inspects once every two years, the licensee may complete a fire self-inspection of the home using the state fire marshal form. 3)b)i) There was a wooden cover on top of the stove while the oven was in use. Wood is a combustible material that must not be placed near a device that can become hot enough to catch fire.
